The condo is located in Orange Beach Alabama near Alabama Point and Perdido Pass. We are in the Phoenix VI tower which shares gated parking with Phoenix VII. Once you come through the gate you will need to turn right to enter the Phoenixx VI parking lot. The unit is directly on the beach. - Down the elevator, out the door, across the pool deck and down the boardwalk to the beach. The condo is a two bedroom two bath unit on the 6th floor. - The Master Bedroom has a king bed and opens to the gulf view balcony. - The Other Bedroom has two double beds. - Both Bedrooms have TVs and private bathrooms. - There is a sleeper sofa in the living room (OK for children no so much for adults). - There is space for 1-2 air mattresses if you prefer those over the sofa. - Please limit occupancy to no more than 8. - Includes two parking passes. - No pets allowed. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the glass dinnerware there is also a supply of plastic plates and cups. The dining area table seats six. There is seating for two at the kitchen counter. The living area opens to the balcony. The balcony has a table, chairs and a lounge. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in unit just off the kitchen. Wired and Wireless Internet are included. All TVs are HDMI capable so bring your streaming TV sticks if you desire. We are always exchanging Artwork in the unit therefore the unit may not look like the pictures.
